Project scope:

• Install new projectors

• Update and improve Audio and Video setup

Process:

• Review needs and wants with A/V team and leadership

• Review current system set-up

• Provide proposal for improvements, and equipment required to complete upgrades

Phase 1:

• Replace forward facing projector and install new HDMI cables running to two forward facing projectors and one future rear facing projector

Phase 2:

• Clean up and organize A/V Booth

• Re-wire connections between stage and A/V Booth

• Clean up and optimize Soundboard

• Install new wireless headset mics

• Tune room acoustics to minimize feedback

• Review recording process between soundboard and computer, verify functionality and provide training for recording process

• Create training manuals for Audio, Video and Lighting
